I am Mara, mother of DOIS and DOIS Holística, and I come from a family of women healers, inspiring in their strength of being and doing throughout the ages. Through their meetings, these wise women listened to each other, relieving and helping each other in a deep healing process.
Together we are greater, and that has always been my motto. But it was when I was reborn as a mother that I felt the call to honour my roots and create something very much my own, inspired by the many teachers who have crossed my path.
I bring with me Reiki, Shamanism, Yoga, Breathwork, Singing, Dance, Sound Healing, Cacao Medicine, Natural Gynaecology and so much more, which make up the Woman I am.
To Lua, I will bring Natural Gynaecology Consultations, where we will look directly at physical imbalances, passing through all the other bodies: mental, emotional, spiritual, and energetic. With the help of Herbalism and Ayurveda, we will delve into you, into your history, and restore your balance, well-being, and inner strength, connecting deeply with the body, nature, and the cycles that unite us.
I will also bring Holistic Sessions, which are based on Reiki therapy. The session will be intuitively created for each woman, bringing together all the techniques of meditation, energy cleansing, body release, breathing, shamanism, sound therapy and everything else that is needed to compose this unique moment, which will be a true journey within yourself.

Women’s circles, especially in Nature that Surrounds the Moon, will also be born, as well as the podcast ‘Dois a Duas’ (Two by Two), which will allow our Voice to expand.
